What to Expect in a Hypnotherapy Session

Each hypnotherapy session lasts 90–120 minutes, in a secure, confidential and respectful setting.

Sessions can be in-person (Luxembourg or Germany) or remote via a secure platform — with optimal conditions for deep relaxation.

The session starts with deep dialogue about your goals and blocks. Then, in a state of hypnosis (a natural, focused state of awareness), we explore the roots of your limiting beliefs – and reframe them with positive, customised suggestions. After the session, you receive a personalised audio to listen to for 21 days – anchoring new neural patterns and embedding change.

A session carries an optimized effect when it is part of an integrated coaching journey.

What Happens During the Session?

During hypnotherapy, you stay aware, calm and fully in control.

You enter a deep relaxation state – similar to just before sleep – giving access to your subconscious where entrenched beliefs live.

You hear everything I say, can speak, move, or return to full wakefulness at any time. Nothing is done without your consent — hypnotherapy is collaborative, and you are active in every step.

Hypnosis — A Serious, Science-Based Practice

Unlike stage hypnosis — which is performance-based — modern hypnotherapy is a recognised therapeutic tool used in hospitals and supported by neuroscience.

It accesses deep neural pathways and reprogrammes beliefs, behaviour and emotional reactions. You never lose control: your critical mind remains active, and you are always free to accept or decline.

It’s a powerful technique — always in service of your psychological safety and autonomy.

What Does a Full Transformation Journey Look Like?

This journey aims to unlock barriers and rewire your personal performance patterns deeply and efficiently.

  • Includes: 45’ prep session, 2h hypnotherapy, custom audio and a 1h follow-up
